Returns & Exchanges
Insurance & Lost Items & Damaged ItemsMyBodiArt cannot be held responsible for any orders which have been lost, stolen or damaged during delivery. All items are checked for integrity before products are shipped. Utmost care is taken when packaging our products to ensure none of our items are damaged during the shipping process.
We accept major credit cards and paypal, please choose your preferred option during checkout.
Your order will be processed in United States Dollars at the most recent exchange rate. However if you navigate to the bottom left portion of our website you will be able to display your chosen currency, please note the default currency is in USD.
Once payment has been processed, packages will be shipped out as soon as possible.
All orders are dispatched from our office in Alberta, Canada via Canada Post.
If you need your order by a certain date please upgrade your shipping method, MyBodiArt™ is not responsible for orders which do not arrive on time because a shipping upgrade was not purchased.
If you would like tracking information on your package please upgrade your shipping method during checkout. MyBodiArt™ cannot provide you with tracking information unless you upgrade your shipping method to tracked shipping.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring their own address is correct when checking out. If item has been shipped to incorrect address buyer assumes responsibility. If item is returned to return address, buyer pays any additional shipping costs to correct address.
Combined shipping is offered for most of our products. Your combined shipping discount will be automatically applied during checkout.
Custom charges are usually never incurred for small package items such as the ones at MyBodiArt. However if you are concerned about custom charges please contact your local post office. The buyer is responsible for the payment of any additional fees, taxes, tariffs, or custom charges should they incur, since we are unable to calculate or predict these charges.
