Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

Due to hygenic reasons all items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit or refunds. 

EXCHANGES

We only offer direct exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.  Please contact our customer service team if you are having issue with your order. 

CANCELLATIONS

We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means after an order has been placed we will be unable to update or change your order.  

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt, please send us an email with a picture attachment of your defective item.
